This construct is designed for constitutive expression of TetR, LsrK, and LsrR. TetR produces a repressor that can be derepressed by aTc. LsrK produces a kinase that phosphorylates AI-2. LsrR produces a repressor that can be derepressed by phosphorylated AI-2.
